Refunds and cancellations

• Before your plans are sent: you can cancel for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible.
• After your PDF plans are sent: because digital plans can't be returned, PDF plan orders are not refundable once delivered.
• Printed sets: once printed and shipped, printed sets are not refundable. If a set arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it.
• Our mistake: if something in your plans doesn't match the listing, tell us and we'll correct it at no charge.
• Custom design, plan changes and permit services: these are quoted separately, and their deposit and cancellation terms are set out in your quote.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Delivery and shipping

• PDF plans are emailed to you personally within 3 business days of your order (plans ordered without changes). There's no shipping charge.
• Printed sets ship by courier within Canada for a flat $30. We'll send tracking details once your set ships.
• Plans with changes are delivered on the timeline we confirm with you in your quote.
• Printed sets ship within Canada only. PDF plans can be delivered anywhere.

Terms of sale and plan licence

• All plans drawn by Whispering Pine Design remain the property of Whispering Pine Design and are protected by copyright.
• Your purchase includes a licence to build the home once, at one location. Building it again needs another licence.
• You may make copies of your plans for your own build, for example for your builder, lender and building department, but you may not resell or share them for other builds.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Plans are designed to meet the building code in effect when they were drawn. Local requirements vary, so your municipality may ask for changes, site-specific details or engineering before issuing a permit.

Privacy

We collect the information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, address and project details, when you place an order or send us a message. We use it only to fill your order, deliver your plans, answer your questions and work on your project.

• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Our website and store run on Wix, which stores order and contact information on our behalf.
• We don't sell or rent your information, and we only share it when needed to fill your order (for example with a courier) or when the law requires it.
