Building permits, handled for you
Permit paperwork can hold up a project before it starts. We prepare and submit your building permit application, and stay with it until it's approved. This is a separate service: our fee is 10% of your total permit cost, with a $500 minimum. Energy modelling, where your municipality requires it, is quoted separately.

What to have ready
- Project address or legal land description
- Your house plans, if you have them already (or one of our plans)
- A site plan or lot survey, if you have one
- Your builder's or contractor's details, if you've chosen one
